Our process, grounded in rigour and collaboration, focuses on guiding our clients through the various stages of an architectural project. It begins at the stage of an introductory consult to better understand our clients’ complex architectural needs and terminates in the construction of an architectural project. Every project begins with defining the intention and goals for the project. Once these are established, we work on developing an architectural program, that is the project’s functional requirements, ensuring we have measurable objectives for the projects design
We take the architectural program developed in the previous stage and transform it into a volumetric proposal. At this stage we work in close collaboration with our clients exploring various options and culminating with a volumetric and 3d proposal of the project
Detail is added to the selected project proposal. We begin to start examining how we will build the project and work on beginning to select the various materials that will be used in the process.

At this stage, details are developed, and drawings and specifications are prepared detailing how the project will be built. These drawings will serve to apply for various permits and will form the contract documents that will be used during the tendering process.
While we offer construction services, you might choose to receive quotes to execute your project from other builders. We can assist in the tendering process to prepare instruction for the bidders as well as help evaluate various bids received.

If the project is executed by a builder other then ourselves, we provide field review services evaluating payment requests and ensuring the project is being executed as directed in our construction drawings. If we are the builder, we ensure the that the project is executed according to our high quality control standards.
